Who We Are

An Engineering Company Built Around a Hyperscale Data Centre Programme

Within 1–3 years: a full-fledged engineering company delivering civil, mechanical and electrical works across data centres, clean rooms, hospitals and wider infrastructure.

Our Mandate

Delivering today,
building for tomorrow

Immediate focus

Built first and foremost around a hyperscale data centre programme

Our job is to deliver the current live packages on time, to quality, and safely — while winning the next set of tenders and many more in the months and years ahead.

Where we are heading

A full-fledged engineering company within 1–3 years

Delivering civil, mechanical and electrical works across data centres, clean rooms, hospitals and wider infrastructure — including advanced power generation such as CoGen using gas and hydrogen.

Operating Model

Projects are a virtual layer,
not a department

The Projects function is virtual. There is no standing “projects department” — instead a Project Manager is assigned to a package and builds the right team from our shared talent pool.

Staff keep their home in a department but report on a dotted line to the PM for the duration of the project.

Step 01

Assign

A Project Manager is appointed to a package.

Step 02

Form the team

The PM draws engineers from Engineering and commercial staff from Commercial & Client Management.

Step 03

Deliver on a matrix

Team members keep their departmental home; they report to the PM (dotted line) for the project.

Why a matrix

Flexibility

Scale teams up or down as packages and tenders move.

Utilisation

One talent pool shared across projects — no idle silos.

Expertise retained

Specialists stay anchored to their discipline home.
